We want you to be our Happy Customer and we promise to put in all the effort needed for your complete satisfaction with your experience with pdaaccessories.com. • We offer a 15 Day Product Return and Exchange Period beginning from the
Day that you received your Order. Our Customers and Patrons can Return products for Instore credit, Replacement or Exchange within the time period mentioned.
• Any Software that has been opened can not be Returned per Federal Government Regulations.
• RMA# is a must for all returns and can be obtained by filling out the form on the following link: http://www.pdaaccessories.com/rma.asp.
Returns without RMA# will not be accepted.• Full Instore Credit will be provided for Returns within 30 days. However, any shipping charges are non refundable. A Gift Certificate number will be emailed to you upon receipt of the return. This can be used towards any future purchase.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all Exchanges.
Any amount difference between Exchanged items will either be charged to your credit card on file or you will receive Instore credit for it.
All Sales are Final after the 30 Day Return & Exchange Period expires. For Support on products that are not covered under the 30 Day Return and Exchange Period, Please refer to Warranty Guidelines.
* Please note that only Manufacturing defects are covered under Warranty. Warranty doesn't cover Physical damage to products.
• Return Shipping Charges for products Replaced under Warranty (after the 30 days Return/Exchange time period), would not be Reimbursed.
• Products under Warranty are Replaced Free of charge; however $5.95 Shipping Charges will apply.
• Any Missing Part/Accessory from your initial Order has to be reported to us via either a Phone Call/Email/Fax/Post Letter within 7 Days after the delivery.
• All Returns should be in the Original Packaging. Missing Parts and Packaging may constitute on further charges to be applied to your order.
• No Returns & Exchanges will be accepted on products that have been scratched and/or show signs of abuse and misuse. |
